Strawberry Crackers

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (you can crush graham crackers to make these)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried strawberries, ground into powder
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (optional, if needed for consistency)

Directions

  1. Prepare the Strawberries:

    • Grind the freeze-dried strawberries into a fine powder using a food processor or blender.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients:

    • In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and ground freeze-dried strawberries.
  3. Add the Butter:

    • Pour the melted butter over the dry ingredients.
  4. Mix and Form the Dough:

    • Stir the mixture until well combined and it starts to clump together. If the mixture seems too dry, add a tablespoon of milk at a time until it reaches a dough-like consistency.
  5. Shape the Crackers:

    • Take small portions of the dough and roll them into balls, then flatten them into round cracker shapes. Alternatively, you can roll out the dough and use cookie cutters to cut out shapes.
  6. Chill and Serve:

    • Place the shaped crackers on a plate or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
    • Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  7. Enjoy:

    • Once chilled, your no-bake strawberry crackers are ready to be enjoyed! They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for freshness.
