or 2½ cups fresh

pineapple

Directions
Step1
:-To the jug of a blender, add spinach, pineapple, kiwi, and milk of choice.
Step2
:-Blend for 40-60 seconds on high speed using the tamper if needed.
Step3
:-Add more liquid if needed to get the desired consistency.
